By accessing harmonyhomewarranty or booking any AC repair service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and any individual interacting with our website, booking platform, or technicians.

Use of Services

Our AC repair and home warranty services are intended for residential properties only. Commercial use requires a separate service agreement. You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

Liability

Harmony Home Warranty is not liable for pre-existing equipment damage, secondary damage caused by delayed reporting of a fault, or damage resulting from unauthorized modifications to your HVAC system.

Our maximum liability in any single service event is limited to the cost of the repair paid by the customer for that specific visit.

Intellectual Property

All content on harmonyhomewarranty.com — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is owned by Harmony Home Warranty and protected under U.S. copyright law.

Limitation of Liability

We provide AC repair services in good faith and with certified technicians. We do not guarantee that any repair will extend equipment life beyond normal wear expectations.

In no event will Harmony Home Warranty be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any service visit or equipment failure.

Third Parties

We may use third-party scheduling, payment, and mapping tools to deliver our service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of those external platforms.

Security

All online transactions on harmonyhomewarranty.com are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Your Rights

You have the right to cancel a booked service up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a $35 fee.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to harmonyhomewarranty.com. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes your acceptance.
